Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items, subject to product availability.
Return Process
To request a return:

- Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Securely package the item and mail it using the provided return label.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
